Amiantogone provides asbestos-related services including but not limited to asbestos surveys, testing, removal, collection, and disposal ("Services"). Our Services are subject to these Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions provided in individual service agreements or quotations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our Services at any time, with or without notice to you.

2. Quotations and Service Agreements

All quotations provided for our Services are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided by you and are subject to change if additional requirements or unforeseen circumstances arise during service delivery.

Acceptance of a quotation or engagement of our Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms in addition to any specific terms outlined in the quotation or service agreement.

The content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of Amiantogone or its content suppliers and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited license to access and use our website and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required for service delivery
• Provide us with safe access to the premises where our Services are to be performed
• Inform us of any known hazards or risks at the premises
• Ensure that premises are clear of obstructions that may impede our work
• Comply with all reasonable instructions given by our personnel
• Pay all agreed fees in accordance with the payment terms

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.

For certain services, we may require a deposit or advance payment before commencing work. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service cost to cover preparation and scheduling costs.

If our personnel arrive at the premises and are unable to perform the scheduled work due to factors within your control (such as denied access, unsuitable conditions, etc.), a call-out fee may be charged.

8. Warranties and Liability

We warrant that our Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards and relevant regulations. This warranty is limited to re-performance of the Services if they are found to be deficient, provided you notify us within 30 days of service completion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all other warranties, whether express or implied.

Our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the particular service giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, or data.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, fire, explosion, flood, or severe weather conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
